Sometimes packages are sent off to their destinations without being scanned until it reaches the post office in your town/city.
If your tracking information has not updated and it's been longer than our estimated shipping times, please contact us.
If your tracking information for your package says delivered but your package is not where it normally is, the carrier may have placed it in an alternative location.
Carriers sometimes place packages in safer locations if normal mail drop is not suitable.
Please check the following locations before contacting us:

- Yours and your neighbors' porches, Garage,
- In between doors and entrances around your home/building,
- Check with your neighbors,
- If you live in an apartment building check your mailroom
